
PLUM, MOZZARELLA AND BILTONG SALAD
100g mixed lettuce leaves
4-6 plums, pips removed and sliced
100g mozzarella slices or torn into pieces
100g thinly sliced biltong
1 red onion finely sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Arrange the lettuce on a platter
Arrange the plums, mozzarella, biltong and red onions on top
Season to taste and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
