THE ANNA BANANA CAKE
2 eggs,
312 ml sugar,
125 ml oil,
5ml vanilla,
375ml banana,
500ml cake flour,
10ml baking powder,
5ml bicarbonate of soda,
1 tsp salt,
187ml butter milk
Mix egg and sugar, add oil and vanilla and mix 2 minutes. Mash banana and mix with eggs mixture. Sift flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt and mix with butter milk and mix with egg mixture until smooth. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees C.
