SABRINA’S ALFREDO SAUCE
Cook pasta of your choice.
Put 2 Tbs butter in a pan, add ½ chopped onion, sauté.
Add 1 pun net mushroom, chopped.
Add 100 g cooked ham chopped into pieces to the mushrooms.
1 tin drained peas. I used fresh peas about 200 g cooked, add to mushroom pan.
Sauté for 5 min until mushrooms softens.
Add 250 ml fresh cream let thicken.
Add sauce onto drained pasta and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
