1 koppie koekmeel
1 koppie melk
1 koppie kaas
2 teelepels bakpoeier
1 teelepels sout

Meng alles saam en skep in muffinpan. Bak vir 20 min by 180°C of tot mes skoon uitkom. (kan verdubbel  bv 2 kp meel, 2 kp melk, 2 kp kaas, 4 tl bakpoeier, 2 tl sout ens)

Try pouring a marmite/bovril mixture (4 tablespoons margarine and 2 teaspoons bovril/marmite) over. Melt marmite and margarine and when muffins come out and are still warm, pour over the marmite/bovril mixture. I poured it from the bottom as well as spooning it over the top. Yum yum!
