1xDosed Chouriso sausage
2xCubed chicken breast
1xcup calamari cubes
1x250gr mussels in shells
1kg prawns in she’ll (cleaned)
Half cup olive and sunflower oil mixed
1xfinelly chopped onion
3xred/yellow/green bell peppers
1chopped clove garlic
Juice of a lemon
In large pot add oil, and half call all ingredients separately with exception to rice and veggies. Set aside.
Then brown onion, peppers, garlic add rice and 6 teacups chicken stock. Cook till water is absorbed and stir in chicken and seafood.
Squeeze lemon juice and serve!
