BILTONG AND CHEESE BREAD
Normal vetkoek dough (make it or buy) I prefer my own dough
A tablespoon butter
400 g fine chopped biltong (not the biltong powder)
350 g cheddar (not processed)
1 table spoon crushed garlic
Takes a bit to mix everything . Grate the cheese and add everything to the dough.
As soon as its mixed bake at 180°C in the oven for 40min.
