SAUSAGE UNDER A BLANKET OF DOUGH
Fry tomato,onion and sausage till sausage is half cooked
Dough
1.5 cups of flour
10 ml baking powder
2 eggs
200 mls of milk
Mix together till smooth
Salt and pepper to taste. Take oven proof dish add sausage mixture first then pour dough over and bake at 180 deg C for 30 min until golden brown.
The dough is very versatile once baked it has a soft bread like texture.
