PATTY PRESS TARTLETS
Savoury tarts
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
3 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Mix all together, form small balls and put in greased patty pan. press with ‘patty press’. Remember to cover press with flour each time.
For Sweet tarts replace the cheese with 1 cup of sugar.
