This is the recipe of toffee cake
2 eggs
2 vanilla powder
1 baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 cup cacao
3-4 cups flour * Note at the bottom
For doing Cream you need
4 eggs
1 vanilla powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup water +2 cup milk powder mixed together
Few drops of vinegar
Small spoon lemon juice
1. Put in the baking pan 1 cup of sugar and heat it and mix it until it becomes brown
2. Put in the blinder the eggs and the vanilla , vinegar and lemon juice and mix them
3. Add the sugar, milk and water and mix them again
Add the last mixture to the pan
4. Prepare the cake and add it to the pan and put the pan in a larger pan fulling of hot water as a water bath for baking .
5. Bake it for nearly 45 minutes on 200. Then turn the pan over on to a cool plate and put it in the refrigerator
Note: it is better if you leave it in the refrigerator for a night
Note: Because it depends on the flour type some make your cake thick so you can start by 3 cups and mix them with the other ingredients if u see the cake is not ok u can add the fourth cup
