KNEFE DESSERT
It has cornflake crumb for top and bottom and cheese filling.
You top it with sugar syrup. Tastes so yum
I will need either 1 packet of Kellogg’s cornflakes crumb or u can use cornflakes and just blend until it’s fine crumbs.
3tbs butter
500g sweet cheese or buy a whole mozzarella and shred it. U will need 500g( don’t use the shredded mozzarella as its mixed cheese.)
Another 5tbs of butter for top.
In an oven proof dish, cover the bottom of ur dish with the crumbs. Around 2-3cups worth.
Top with cheese
Then top with the rest of the crumbs.
Top with the rest of the butter.
Cover and bake at 150*C for 15-20min then uncover and bake for a further 5 min.
Allow to cool for 10min and serve with sugar syrup
