I basically brown my meat (shin bone-in and short rib) with onion and a little bit of garlic.
I then add my water and grated veggies and chopped leeks and celery and parsley.
Season well, add my 4-in-1 soup mix and plenty of marrow bones.
Let it cook for about 6 hours.
About a half an hour before its finished I add broken spaghetti to thicken it a bit.
Wholesome meal for a cold winter eve with toast, bread or croutons.
