Bow-tie Crunchies!
You could do this with ANY pasta, but I feel Bow-tie is the best for dipping and it’s more formal.
Boil the pasta until halfway done, drain and fry the pasta in a skillet with hot vegetable oil (one handful at a time).
Once they’re golden, toss them in a bowl with some lemon, salt and Parmesan cheese, or use cinnamon and sugar and make it a sweet treat.
