FLAT BREAD
1 cup flour
1/2 teasp salt
1 tablesp olive oil
1/2 cup water @ room temperature
Sift dry ingredients.
Add water and oil.
Mix till ball form and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Make small balls, roll out and brush with olive oil (optoinal). Fry in non-stick pan until done.
