INGREDIENTS:
1kg Cucumbers (cut in circles or bite size);
500g Onions (cut in rings or chopped);
250ml Water;
500ml White Vinegar;
250ml Sugar;
30ml Curry Powder;
10ml Mustard Powder;
30ml Corn, Flour (Maizina);
Salt:
METHOD:
Boil onions and cucumbers until soft and tender;
add salt and sugar to corn flour,
mix curry and mustard with a bit of water and add to corn flour mixture.
Add to onions mixture and bring back to boil.
Bottle in sterilised jars whilst piping hot…..Enjoy
