POTATO AND SWEET POTATO POT
Pre cook potatoes and sweet potatoes
Brown onions and mushrooms in a pan in a little oil
Put sweet potatoes and potatoes in an oven dish or pan and mix any other veggies you desire in and add your mushroon mixture
Mix all together and bake at 180ºC for about 10-20 min till it is to your liking.
