CRUSTLESS SAVOURY TART WITHOUT BREAD
½ cup viennas, chopped (or ham, bacon, asparagus)
1 cup cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
parsley, salt and pepper, mustard, aromat (to taste)
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
Place the chopped viennas (or filling of choice) into a greased dish.
Mix the beaten eggs and milk into the dry ingredients. Add the onion and cheese.
Pour over the filling. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
I doubled the recipe and instead of one tart I made smaller tartlets and baked for +/- 20 minutes.
