AMANDA’S QUICK SNACK
Salticrax with Mediterranean herbs.
Salticrax topped with a teaspoon Mediterranean style ratatouille, seasoned with lemon pepper, salt and origanum.
A pinch of grated mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar cheese on top, together with half an olive and a sliver of anchovy. Put for 30 Seconds in microwave and enjoy.
