ANNA’S VEGETABLE SOUP
1 kg carrots
1 kg green beans
half each green, yellow, red pepper
4 each leeks and celery
2 tins of tomato and herbs soup
1 packet of white onion soup powder
salt and black pepper to taste
Grate onions and carrots, put in the slow cooker, cut green beans, peppers, leeks, celery and mix with carrots, boil until soft. Add enough water, mash the veggies to your liking.
Add the 2 tins of tomato herbs, mix white onion soup with little bit of water and add to the soup.
Salt and black pepper to taste, stir until dissolved.
Cook for about 10 min. until everything is hot and the soup had thickened.
