WHOLEWHEAT ROTI
2 cups wholewheat flour
1 tsp salt
hot water to make dough
Knead well.
Leave dough to rest for 15 minutes.
Drizzle one tblspoon oil over dough and knead really well.
Keep covered with a piece of cling wrap.
Break of ball and fry.
Can drizzle oil when frying.
