MARSHMALLOW ICING
2 kg mini marshmallows
2 tabelspoons water
2 kg powder suger (icing sugar)
Micro marshmallows 1 min. Stir, continue to micro for 20 seconds at time en stir until marshmallow are melted and smooth. Slowly add sugar stir and knead until the fondant is smooth and free of lumps.
