CREAM CHEESE, BASIL AND FETA DIP
250 g tub cream cheese
100 g Feta cheese
1 garlic clove
½ lemon, zest and juice
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
a small bunch of basil
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and
pepper.
