Perfekte lui Sondag oggend ontbyt in ‘n muffin papiertjie.

500 g pakkie Snowflake Easymix Scone mix

1 koppie gerasperde Cheddar
100g gesnipperde salami
100 g klein Rosa of kersie tamaties
Halwe grof gerasperde rooi ui

PAN SKONS

PAN SKONS
Vanaand was ons lus vir Skons.
2 koppies meel
4 teelepels bakpoeier
2 eetlepels suiker
½ teelepel sout
½ teelepel cayenne peper
½ teelepel spesrye. ( ek gooi nutmeg in.

Sif al die droë bestanddele saam.
Vryf nou 4 eetlepels botter/margarien by meel in.
Bak by 180°C vir ±30 min of tot toetspen skoon uitkom.

TRACY’S SCONES

TRACY’S SCONES
2 cups flour
10 tablespoons of butter
pinch of salt
3/4 cup of milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
Mix with a fork the butter, flour, salt and baking powder, then add milk and continue to mix with fork. Take spoonfuls, I used a soup spoon dipped in water so the dough doesn’t stick to the spoon after scooping on to a greased pan. I just used foil to put my scones on. Bake at 180 degrees C till a little golden on top.  (10-12 min) You can also add grated cheese to this mixture. Enjoy
