WATERMELON AND PEPPER FETA SALAD
¼ slice of a whole watermelon, pips taken out, cut into cubes
3 wheels of pepper feta cheese cut into cubes
few mint leaves, cut
Layer with watermelon, feta and then the mint.
No sauce.
