MARSHMALLOW AND RICE CRISPY (VERY SCARY PUMPKIN HEADS)
1/2 cup margarine or butter
80 regular Marshmallows ( 2 × 250 g packets)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
yellow food coloring (optional)
11 cups of Rice Crispies
6 pieces licourice sticks
small candies and raisins

In large saucepan over low heat, melt margarine. Add marshmallows; stir until melted and well-blended. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Tint mixture with food colouring if desires.
Add cereal, stirring until coated.
Using lightly coated spray ‘n cook spatula, press into buttered pan.
When cool, cut with round metal cookie cutter and with slightly moistened hands form cereal mixture into pumpkin shape.
Use a piece of licourice for the stem.
Create eyes, nose, mouth and ears with candies and raisins.
