FAVOURITE ROYAL CREAMS
250 g butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup maizena/ corn flour
1 tsp almond essence
2 1/2 cups of flour

Beat butter, icing sugar and almond essence until smooth.
Sift in flour and maizena (corn flour).
Shape any way you prefer. I used a nozzle.
Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.

For the sandwich icing
60 grams of butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 teaspoons of almond essence
Beat together and sandwich.
Dust with icing sugar.
