CHICKEN FILLETS, POTATO AND PATTY PANS BAKED IN A BAG

CHICKEN FILLETS, POTATO AND PATTY PANS BAKED IN A BAG
600 g chicken fillets
250 ml cream
600 g Pattypans
8 small salad potatoes
noodles
spices of choice

Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Cut chicken in cubes or strips.
Cut putty pans in halves and keep potatoes whole.
Place all in cooking bag with cream and spices of choice.
Place in the oven and bake.
Dish up with noodles.
Bake in oven 45 – 60 min.
