Put in a dish and set aside,
Fry the mince until brown and drain any excess fat and liquid, add a tin of tomatoes and a teaspoon of salt and cook for about twenty minutes.

CHEESE SAUCE
Melt butter In a pot and add two tablespoons of flour make a paste and fry for a minute stirring constantly
Add warm milk little at a time mixing thoroughly each time, once all milk and flour mixture has combined let it boil for about three minutes stirring constant so it doesn’t stick, add about 150 grams of cheese as stir untill cheese melts into sauce.
Layer in a oven proof dishes layers of bolognaise sauce and cheese sauce and wraps until all ingredients have been used up,
I crush up a packet of chips on top and bake in oven for twenty mins on 170 degrees C and I serve mine with salad and garlic bread.
