COCONUT WHEELS
125 g butter
3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
FILLING
125 g butter
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup coconut
Make the filling and put aside
Cream butter and sugar, add coconut and mix well. Can be coloured..pink..green or plain
OPTION..I DOUBLED THE FILLING
For the cookies
Add the egg to the milk and mix well.
Rub butter into dry ingredients until fine. Form dough with egg and milk mixture.
Divide dough in 3 parts.  Roll each one out and smear with filling.
Roll like a swiss roll and slice about 1 cm wheels.
Place on greased tray.
Bake 160 degrees C till pale in colour””ENJOY”
