CREAMY HERBY SALAD DRESSING (DULCI)
(40 servings)
3 cups vegetable oil
5 Eggs
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 onion
Bunch parsley
1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and blend until light, thick, creamy and frothy.
Serve garnished with cucumber, salad or chicken.
