ANDY’S BOEREKOS BEANS

2 onions
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
2 chillies chopped
Add 500 g cut green beans
Place in glass bowl add 100 ml water and microwave 100% for 20 to 30 minutes.
Drain.
Add half packet or so diced cooked bacon, salt and pepper.
Mash and serve .
You can also add raw chopped bacon 10 minutes before serving.
