CHOCOLATE MOUSSE ALA YVONNE
3 egg whites
80 g sugar
250ml cream
Chocolate
Beat egg whites until soft, slowly add sugar. Beat until stiff
Fold in chocolate, whip cream until soft add to mixture. Put in fridge to set
