GINGER BEER AND MINESTRONE CHICKEN
a tin of stoney ginger beer
1 packet minestrone soup
chicken portions of you choice
Spice chicken as normal, I used chicken spice and salt.
Put in oven tray sprinkle packet knorr minestrone soup over chicken then pour ginger beer (stoney) covering chicken .
Bake it uncovered on 180deg C for +-60 MINS in the oven..before end of time I let it grill until golden brown.
Served with yellow rice and sweet butternut.
