DENZY’S SWEET POTATO CHUNKY MASH

DENZY’S SWEET POTATO CHUNKY MASH
3 big sweet potatoes, peeled
½ cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
1 peeled orange and juice of the orange
20 ml butter
1 cup of water
pinch of salt

Peel sweet potatoes and slice in thin rings.
Place potatoes in a medium large pot with all the other ingredients.
Let it cook until sweet potatoes is soft.
Use a fork to mash sweet potatoes into chunks when dried cooked.
