DENZY’S POTATO, FENNEL AND BACON SALAD

DENZY’S POTATO, FENNEL AND BACON SALAD
Boil baby potatoes in salted water, strain and let cool.
Fry bacon and fennel, mix with potatoes.
Mix together mayonnaise with little sugar, 1 tablespoon sugar per cup of mayo.
Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
