DENZY’S MEATBALLS

FOOD LOVERS RECIPES
1 kg mince
1 wheat bix block
1 egg
1 carrot
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon barbeque spice
salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½ cup chutney
2 teaspoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sugar

Mix everything together, form in small balls and fry in oil. When meatballs are done, put sticks in and dip in sauce.

Sauce:
Mix in saucepan on stove and cook through:
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
½ cup chutney
2 teaspoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
