DENZY’S LEMON MARINATED MINI KEBABS
INGREDIENTS
3 chicken breast cut in small blocks
1 red,green or red pepper i like using red
Lemon Thyme
2 lemons juice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 table spoons White balsamic vinegar
2 table spoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
small kebab sticks
Salt ,mix together the vinegar
METHOD
Arrange chicken and peppers in kebab sticks,just as u like,spice kebabs with ground cumin,paprika,lemon pepper and salt and lemon and pour over kebabs,marinate for 2 hours and braai over medium coals or bake in preheated oven @ 180,c till chicken is done.ENJOY
