AMINA’S CUSTARD BURFEE

1 litre milk
155 g Nestle dessert cream
1 tin condensed milk
3 heaped tablespoons Klim
1 heaped tablespoon custard powder
1 tsp falooda powder

Boil milk with Klim, custard and falooda powder. Add Nestle cream and condensed milk. Stir well. Remove from stove and allow to cool in pot for 5 minutes. Set in bowls or moulds and decorate as desire.
