QUICK TUNA TARTS
Two quick tuna tarts for dinner
1 tin tuna
1 onion finely chopped
2 eggs beaten
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cheese or to taste
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix all together, place in oven dish,  add cheese on top
Bake in the oven for 30 min at 180º C
(I doubled the recipe, added gherkins and all the Robertson’s red spices. Paprika, cayenne…
