NIKKI’S HOMEMADE SAUSAGE ROLLS

1 roll puff pastry
Boerewors (fried)
Grated cheese of your choice
Finely chopped mushrooms

Fry Boerewors
Add the cheese and mushrooms on the base of the pastry
Place boerewors on top of the cheese and mushrooms
Fold the pastry
Slice the pastry to allow steam to escape
Brush with egg wash
Bake 180 degrees for 25 mins

I made 3 large ones

You can make them smaller

Mmmm!
