MINI PIZZA AND HOTDOGS FOR BAKE SALE
My kids have bake sale today I made mini pizza and hotdogs with the 2 ingredient dough, 2 cups self raising flour and 1 cup yoghurt.
For the pizza you roll the dough out and cut into circles top with a topping of your choice and bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
For the hotdogs you roll the dough and cut rectangles that is big enough to wrap around the vienna sausages. I glazed mine with some egg wash and sprinkled some black and white sesame seeds over before baking, then bake at 200 for 10 to 15 minutes.
I packed them in individual bags to make it easy for my kids to handle while selling, I also think its better because no one wants to eat something lots of little hands has touched.
