LORRAINES MINI QUICHES

The mini quiches was made with finely chopped red onion fried with bacon.
Put some cheddar cheese in the muffin holes with a bit off the onion and bacon mix.
Mix 8 eggs with a small amount of double cream, chopped flat leaf parsley and salt and pepper.
Pour over and bake until golden brown. Oven 180 degrees C
