It’s hard to keep a grumpy teenager happy but tonight I’ve done it! ” mum this is the best burgers you’ve made”.My not so secret is to put the cheese on the meat in the pan or braai when its almost ready so it can melt, Lots of crispy bacon and gherkins. For the most delicious sauce mix some mayonnaise with a bit of tomato sauce, hotdog mustard and smoked paprika and if you like it hot some chilli flakes or powder, shredded lettuce,tomato and raw red onion rings.Easy and delicious.
