BEEF EN CHEESE PIE
Fry beef cubes, onions and garlic till brown.

Season with Salt, pepper and Italian spice.

Add 1cup coke cola and spinach

Boil then simmer till dry.

Add 2 tsp Oxtail soup. (Dry)

Use 2 sheets of puff pastry to fill bottom of foil bakkie. Put some filling in, top with grated cheese and cover with the other puff pastry sheet. Seal the two sheets with beaten egg. Wash with egg and bake at 180 degrees C. until golden brown
