SUPER EASY GANACHE

INGREDIENTS
250 ml Fresh cream
250 gm chocolate

METOD
Add cream and chocolate together in a bowl and microwave for + – 30 seconds. Stir and continue untill choclate is melted. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before use, overnight is better. For a more thicker consistancy use 200ml cream instead.
