HOW TO MAKE CORN SYRUP
2 cups sugar
¾ cup water
¼ teaspoon cream of tartare
pinch of salt

Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and cover for 3min. [very important] uncover and keep on stirring till soft boil stage. Cool and store.
