CHEESY HADDOCK BAKE

Cheesy haddock bake
Precook haddock in margarine and milk
Flake haddock and put half in buttered baking tin
Cheese over and add rest of haddock and more cheese on top
Take liquid from cooking and add two cups of milk and three eggs
Beat up and pour over haddock
Bake in oven util liquid is set and golden brown
Serve with mash and green salad
