TIRAMISU ALA PENELOPE
Finger biscuits, covered with Amaretto and espresso.( you can leave out Amaretto)

Mix Mascarpone 150g
whipped Cream 200ml
and sugar  75g.

Put another layer of dipped biscuits on top of first layer of cream, cream again and dust with cocoa.
