OVEN ROASTED EISBEIN IN COKE
2 kg Eisbein (pork shanks)
whole onions
500 ml Coke
lemon and black pepper seasoning to taste

Season Eisbein to taste.
In a casserole dish with lid, place eisbein and onions, add coke.
Bake at 150°C for 3 hours or until tender.
Turn on the hour.
Grill until brown.
Serve with mustard mashed potatoes and greens or salad.
