BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING

BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING-Serve warm

a few slices Crustless bread (white or brown bread)
Butter
Coconut grated (optional) Cinamon + nutmeg sprinkled over bread + raisins in dish
70 ml Raisins (Nuts optional)
2 eggs, beaten with a pinch of salt
750 ml milk
125 ml sugar

How to
Butter bread generously.

Arrange bread in an ovenproof dish, if using coconut, sprinkle over the bread, including the spices if wanted

Sprinkle over the raisins. (+ nuts if used)

Cover with another layer of bread.

Bake at 160 celsius for 1 hour or until the top is browning lightly and the custard mixture is heaving underneath the bread.

Serve with Custard or Vanilla Ice Cream
