BRATKARTOFFEL (Potatoes)

Bratkartoffel

Potatoes washed and boiled with skin for 20 minutes
Skin the boiled potatoes
Cut it up and fry in a hot olive oil pan.
Be sure not to use to much oil, you could always add more as you go along
Fry as long as you feel needed
